What does this mean are we getting it yet. If you actually think about this, if true, Russia would make sure that an enemy that pledges our destruction and promises it daily, gets nukes? That means we supposedly can't do anything to prevent our own destruction as these morons can't wait to meet Allah. Let's get real ok?
