With the exception of those who have close friends or family serving in Iraq, the daily lives of my fellow Americans remain largely unaffected by this war. Is this why we are not out in the streets demanding immediate withdrawal?

I think as a massive protest during the 2008 presidential elections EVERYONE should just refuse to vote. Like, we refuse to aid and abet this system that will not listen to us.
