Apparently some hack, who has passed himself off as an artist, has made some headlines with his most recent concoction or should I say exhibit. Guillermo Vargas’ “Habacuc” displayed a stray dog tied to a leash…and starved it to death, at Costa Rica´s Visual Arts Biennial in 2007. Yeah, Thats right. To death. He apparently has plans to do it again for 2008, sparking an online petition to stop him.
