I wrote my first program at age of 10, built my first computer in 1986 and in 1995 won word championship of programming. I have been involved developing several software products currently in use. We did it with our enthusiasm and soul.
However, when trying to offer my expertise I have got most stupid reasons from some recruitment consultants, who even can spell the product name wrong.
How they can be competent to select best person to work on the technology I have once built?
