So, Bob Green, Oprah's Diet Guru has proclaimed there are six foods we should all completely eliminate from our kitchens, and diets if we have any chance at lifelong weight loss and health...Do any of these surprise you?...not really....Keep it up Bob...next you'll tell us we can't have hot dogs or donuts...what's next...cup o'noodles?? (you all know I'm kidding don't you?) I'm sure most of us have already eliminated these things long ago, but thanks, Bob for reminding us just how many things that taste good are really bad for us.
