When I first set out to become a home owner I was completely unaware of what my credit rating was or how it would affect me. Alas, a long list of bad credit decisions from my past were destined to foil me in my quest for home ownership. Faced with a ridiculously low credit score and the need to get out and into my own home, I was completely lost as to what to do or where to go for help.
